Our Health and Safety Policy

At Environmental Systems Associates, the health of both our clients and staff is our top priority.

Environmental Systems Associates is closely monitoring guidelines of the (CDC) Center for Disease Control and sharing updates as they develop. All employees have been informed to identify potential symptoms of COVID-19 and have been instructed to quarantine if experiencing symptoms.

We are practicing social distancing both in office and in client homes. We are avoiding direct contact with others, and gathering in large groups. Those that can, are working from home.

We ask that all clients that are sick or have been in contact with someone sick, please reschedule your appointment.

All staff members are equipped with hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and personal protection equipment (ex. masks and gloves) as available.

We are currently not allowing walk in customers for filters, but if you need to purchase one you can call our office to order and pay over the phone. We will then have a technician deliver it to your home and leave it on your doorstep.

We know many of you are home and we are committed to helping you keep your HVAC equipment working efficiently to keep the air quality in your home at its best.

Please share any health concerns when scheduling your next service in an effort to prevent the spread of illness.
