We recently had a new furnace installed in our home and the following people were instrumental in performing an excellent job. James Carter, Frank Hainley, Cody Mills, Dylan Willis and John Collins.The technicians were very professional , friendly, informative and personable. They answered all of our questions and it was very obvious that they had a wealth of knowledge concerning the subject matter. 100% agree with the outrageous prices. Had a technician come out for a system check-up. We have two units. It costs $129 for each unit. This DOES NOT include filter replacement. We found that out after the fact. The technician replaced 2 filters and a humidifier panel ($20 on Amazon that they charged me nearly $50.)Total Bill? $458 just to tell me everything is working fine and to change 2 filters. NEVER AGAIN.Response to Owner reply:We were aware if the $129 per unit charge as was told to us when we scheduled the visit. We were NOT made aware that the filters were not included. If the filters we had weren't included in the scheduled service that should have been disclosed.Your prices are still incredibly expensive. It's a niche service and you are free to charge what you want, but I feel as a customer I should let other future customers know what they are getting into when they seek your services.

Salesman Richard was prompt in answering my questions and very clear in describing his product. I had a new gas line installed from the street to my house by BGE. ESA kept me informed as the project progressed. HVAC system was done according to stated schedule. Installer Ryan fully explained the install, and he and his crew were very efficient and left site in good order. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Environmental Systems Assoc. (ESA) I was in the market for replacement of two full heating and A/C systems, and requested quotes from several contractors including ESA. I was initially attracted to them by their many years of "Best in Howard County" rating as well as the ESA website. By far, ESA was the most responsive and prompt in reviewing my systems and providing a quick quotation. The quotation was the most professional and complete, with a high level of transparency on what was being quoted and a competitive price. They patiently answered all my questions, they were willing to work with me on specific requests I had, were able to schedule the work in a reasonable timeframe, and were able to install both systems on the same day with minimal disruption.The installation crew was also excellent. They knew what they were doing, were professional and polite, they laid tarps down wherever they needed to be, and left the house and premises in a clean state. They also did a great job of educating me on the operation of the new system and thermostat programming, providing all the equipment manuals and warranty information, etc.It is very clear that ESA has a strong customer focus, an excellent product portfolio, excellent support information, excellent service and installation capability.
