“I can highly recommend ESA. Installation of a new AC and Furnace was scheduled within one week after placing the order. The space for the furnace was very, very tight but Ryan L. and his team fit in the new one just fine. (The original furnace was put in when the house was built before they put up the walls…). They showed up on time, cleaned up after they left, they handle the warranty registration, permit, inspection, rebate submission etc. Very Happy with their service.”

“Steve of Environmental Systems Associates provided our semi-annual AC/H checkup. He showed up exactly on time (and brought in my newspaper with him). He was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to fully explain a number of setting options on our automated thermostat relating to humidity settings in the heating mode vs the cooling mode. His inspection and maintenance of our systems left me confident that they are in good shape and will get us through the winter. He also gave me his card and offered to personally answer any additional questions that come up. I award Steve "5 Stars" for friendliness, helpfulness and thoroughness. ESA kept my HVAC system running for 30 years! However, all good things must come to an end and they could no longer keep it going. It was time to replace the system. Lora, Ryan and Cody were excellent. Unfortunately I have forgotten the names of the other technicians. The teams worked quickly and diligently to replace my ancient system during the height of the summer heat. As a long time customer I highly recommend ESA!

The consultant that visited to quote a system was one of the most thorough among five different companies we received quotes from. ESAs price was one of the best so we went with them. The installation went quickly and on schedule. Three months later when it was really hot out I noticed a lot of noise coming from the system. I requested service and a technician came out the next morning. Even though it was cooler and the noise was not noticeable at the time, the technician took my concerns seriously and determined that our system while within spec was overcharged with refrigerant. He removed some of the excess refrigerant. It's been a week of hot days later and the noise has not returned. We were not billed for this service.

Tim visited this morning for the annual checkup. The experience was perfect. In addition to providing excellent service, Tim and I chatted about family and past experiences. He also gave me some tips on how o better maintain my AC unit. He's an excellent technician, and a great guy - as are all the folks I've encountered at ESA over the years. Keep up the good work.Also a 2023 shout-out to Cody, Dylan, John and Derlyn who installed our replacement system (after 21 years). They were all great.

I wanted to relate how incredibly response and helpful ESA was regarding an HVAC issue last week. Last Thursday (7/6/23), our HVAC blower started making a lot of noise, which progressed to screeching like a banshee; it had done this occasionally in the past but resolved itself, and passed a tune-up by ESA this spring. At 5 am on Friday AM, the blower finally let out one last scream and died (it was 20 years old) and we had no A/C. I called the answering service and left a message, they said calls would be returned stating at 8. At 8:02 AM Friday, I got a call back and a tech was here at 845. He had to come a couple of times, as they did not have the right size blower the first time around. At 3 pm, we had our AC back on!I am just so very grateful for ESA's great customer service. I know the tech had to squeeze us in between other jobs. I have just never seen customer service like this before, and wanted to spread the word about it. I highly, highly recommend them.

Always a great experience with ESA. Our AC broke down, and they were able to fit us in as a result of a cancellation. Ben was able to find the issue and quickly resolve it. He also took the time to explain what the issue was, and what to watch for moving forward. He also had maintenance recommendations for our system to run better. I appreciate that Ben wore shoe covers/mask - was very clean and helpful.

I've been working with Environmental Systems Associates for over ten years, and they have a long history of supporting my condo community with professionalism and care. They had installed the HVAC system that was in place when I bought my condo, and the seller had passed along records of service calls with ESA, so I called them when I needed support.They replaced my HVAC system in 2015. I subscribe to their seasonal maintenance plan, so they come out twice a year to make sure everything is in good order. I've only had trouble with my system twice in 8 years: one turned out to be a manufacturing defect within the scope of the warranty, and the other was a small part failure -- ESA took care of both quickly and efficiently. Today, I had my summer A/C checkup with Ben Griswold and John M., and they were friendly, professional, and helpful. Thanks, ESA!
